We map the energy efficiency potential of real estate, determine what investments can be made to reduce energy consumption and what opportunities real estate would have for local energy production.
We prepare a detailed and customised plan for the service. Depending on the customer’s real estate portfolio, the energy management service includes the required number of energy audits as well as remote monitoring and reporting of facilities.
EcoReal control centre for continuous monitoring of energy consumption
We connect real estate automation systems to EcoReal control centre where we monitor and analyse real estate conditions and energy consumption, respond to consumption imbalances, and both search for and implement measures to improve energy efficiency. We ensure that the building service technology of real estate is used as energy-efficiently as possible and that the conditions for the occupants are as planned. We also support maintenance in the event of any problems.
Solar panels, geothermal heat, air source heat pumps
Locally produced energy is becoming easier and cheaper. We map out what kind of self-produced energy would be the best option for each site.
We have installed solar panels and air source heat pumps and designed geothermal solutions.
